Your reservation is subject to availability. A deposit of $200.00 should be sent within three (3) days of your reservation. A confirmation and lease agreement will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. Full payment is required at least thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date. Accommodations Our Villa is fully equipped. A starter supply of bath/face soap, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, toilet tissue, bed and bath linens are provided only once at the beginning of your stay. Daily linen or maid service is not included unless other arrangements are made. You may want to bring large beach towels since the towels provided are only for the inside of the unit. Occupancy The Villa is limited to six (6) persons unless special arrangements are made with the owner. No smoking inside the villa and no pets are allowed in the resort. We take pride in our Villa and ask that during your stay, you treat our Villa as your own. Taxes Lease amount subject to state and local taxes. Arrival/Departure No check in or check out is necessary. Directions, maps and keys are mailed to you ten (10) days prior to your arrival date. Arrival time is no earlier than 5:00pm. This allows for proper cleaning and inspection of the property. Departure time is by 10:00am. There will be $25.00 charge for every hour that the departure rule is violated. Telephone Use There are telephones in the unit that can be used for unlimited free local calls. Please make arrangements for your long distance calls to be collect or credit card. Prohibited Vehicles Trailers, u-hauls, motorhomes, motorcycles and/or commercial or recreational vehicles are prohibited in the Island Club complex
